Application Process
What do we expect from applicants for investment by InDecatur Ventures, LLC ?
Submission of a full business plan or an executive summary that has at a minimum the following:
- Business description that details the markets served by the venture
- Estimate of total funding needed
- 3-5 year expectation of annual revenues
- 3-5 year employment levels
InDecatur Ventures LLC wants to know if the venture can be characterized as a:
- Start up - anticipated date of operation
- Growth stage - length of time the business has ben in operation and timeline for growth benchmarks
- Re-structuring - need to know the nature of the present organization and anticipate new structure.
For established business ventures, previous fiscal year statements, cash flow, income statement and balance sheet.
